We built our First Investment property in Melbourne through APM Global in 2019. The process was quick, simple and straightforward and we are satisfied with the quality of the finishes. The multi-occupancy home has been successful to provide higher rents than normal and the property value has increased sufficiently well. I am in the process of building my second Multi-occupancy home through APM.
